50% of the commission price is paid up front. This is nonrefundable unless I have to cancel the commission on my end due to personal issues, in which case I will return everything including the initial price.

General

I have the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable drawing it or if I feel that I won't be able complete it to the best of my ability.Nothing I am commissioned to be made should be used for commercial purposes (reselling commissions, printing commissions on items and selling those, adding them in games with price tags as assets, etc.) unless agreed by both parties.I can still use and display the commissioned drawings for portfolios and posts on social media unless requested not to.When using/displaying your commissioned piece (ex. as an icon), please credit me as @heishisei.

Please bring references and any ideas you would like for your commission, such as posing, color palettes, and background ideas.

I will send a PayPal invoice for the initial 50% before I begin to work on the commission. I will always send a sketch, in which any requests for changes can be made.

After the sketch change, any other revision request must be minor. If the change is too large, there will be a fee associated.

If you wish, I can send progress pictures as I work on the commission. You may occasionally check in on the status of your commission, but please be patient with me as I have a busy day schedule!

I will send you a cropped version of the finished illustration and another invoice for the remaining amount. After the invoice is paid, I will send the file(s) through email.
